We don’t use transports if it’s not necessary. When we import the truffles from Perigot in France or the Pata Negra ham from Spain, it’s because there is no better in a closer distance. Tastings and cooking classesWe offer the opportunity of tastings, for an example wine, calvados or why not whiskey? There is also cooking classes, chambre separé for groups up to 40 persons if you want a more private sitting at the restaurant. Please send us an e-mail for more information.
